We’re not the best writers in the world so it’s difficult for us to put into words our experience of working with Vivian in creating our home.

By the time we engaged him, we had made two unsuccessful planning applications, with other consultants, for a one-off house.

The problem we have is that we don’t know how to say enough about how he produced new designs and ideas for each time we were knocked back; how his process helped us to step back up and try again. Basically, we need to give Vivian much credit for giving us the strength to go through it all again. He took on the mantle and ultimately brought us to a successful planning permission.

For the build phase we found the oversight and sign-off invaluable. We were provided with checks and balances and most importantly, peace of mind. Vivian and his team’s knowledge of materials, building practices and latest regulations was evident in the many site meetings and interactions with contractors. In truth, we probably didn’t fully appreciate the benefits of this service until after the build was complete.
